Quality Beech Timber

Superior 2 Sides

This is the highest quality TIMBEX.
It is lightly steamed beech or white beech in uniform color on both sides.

Superior 2 Sides is clear planks, perfectly cross-cut and edged

The cross-cut is done on all the front side of the planks so that no cracks appear, so that each piece is perfectly square and without a single gem.
The edging and cross-cut are carried out after the drying process, so that the pieces have a high dimensional stability.
The timber is supplied with or without prior sanding.
This is a highly quality performance and is ideal for applications that require a final product from 2000 to 4000 mm length.

Superior 2 Sides is perfectly applicable to moldings, banisters, baseboards, lathing boards, strips of veneer, stairs, stringers, etc.

Superior 1 Side

This is the lower quality TIMBEX.
It is lightly steamed beech or white beech with a uniform color on one side

Superior 1 Side wood is supposed to be the one where one side is clear, perfectly cross-cut and edged. The defects of the other side are not limited, but cannot be found on more than 2/3 of the thickness of the wood.

The cross-cut is done on all the front side of the planks so that no cracks appear, so that each piece is perfectly square and without a single gem.
The edging and cross-cut are carried out after the drying process, so that the pieces have a high dimensional stability.
The timber is supplied with or without prior sanding.
This is a good quality performance and is ideal for applications on a final product showing clearly only one side, as solid floorboards, stairs, stringers, treads, boards for all types of furniture, etc.

Lenght:

Each packet has a unique length.
The timber prices vary depending on the length of the required group.
The main length groups are:

  • 250 a 950 mm
  • 1000 a 2000 mm
  • 2000 a 4000 mm
Widths:

The   random widths, represent a large part of our production. Within the random widths we have two groups:

  • RANDOM NORMAL: they come out from the standard exploitation of saw log the result of which is an average width of   standard   the planks.
  • RANDOM SPECIAL: come out from the use of veneer log, the result of which is   larger average width of the planks.

STRIPS (fixed widths or fixed lengths): a product that is increasingly demanded at the market. Actually there is no standard. Within the possibilities of the natural beech trunk, we adapt to customer needs.

STRIPS  is perfectly cross-cut and edged after drying, and offer high dimensional stability.

All fixed widths can be supplied with or without prior sanding. In STRIPS we also carry out radius, tongued and grooved   as well as and the other types of manufactured products.
